Sound the Whistle to bring all the kids together on the playground. This almost fully enclosed whistle uses plunger to create a sound. Kids just need to push it upward to create the sound. As this is outdoor equipment, the whistle itself is encased in metal with small holes at the top to protect it from elements so it will last for years to come.
