Whichever way a child goes on the Bridge Station, they're sure to find fun. The entire structure is in a "U" shape making it easy to see what their options are at a glance. Starting at the Push & Pull, they can work with a friend to play a game of teeter-totter, but with chin-ups. Once they've had their fun they can go to one of the two Chinning Bars on the structure to hang out. Right by the Chinning Bar is a Whistle to send a loud squeal into the playground. As they move onward, they can hop across the Play Pod Traverse to land on the main deck. Opposite them are the stairs for easy access as well. Heading to the next deck, they can easily climb down the PlayShells or climb down the Rock Climb. If they continue up to the peak of the structure, they'll come to the Triple Slide that will lead them back to the ground. For those that neglected to walk the decks, they might come up the Cargo Net directly to the Slide. As they say, its only down from here as the next deck is lower. Kids can take a look out the Bubble Panel or climb down the Banister Bars. If the have made it to the end of the decks, they'll cross the Overhead Wave Ladder to finally come down to a host of ground level play. A Xylophone can be played from either side with any of the four attached mallets. Underneath, a Double Seat is ready for children to sit and chat. If they decide to go back up the stairs, they'll come to a BigWheel that spins. Finally, if all the other games have been played, the Invent-A-Game can be used to spark some new ideas.

When choosing a playground it is important to consider where the components have come from. Conditioned wood or recycled metal posts are both opportunities to take part in environmental stewardship. Wood was once a staple of playground design, but as time has continued, it has become less common. But, wood and natural materials make for natural learning environments that can be important for children’s development. Several teaching methods use nature and natural tools as ways to reach children. On the other hand, the recycled metal used comes from items that would otherwise rust away in dumps. The recycled plastic comes from specifically milk jugs. As Americans, we tend to drink a large amount of milk every day. This results in millions of used milk contains every year. Even if the play set purchased only uses a few thousand of those milk jugs, its that many more that didn’t end up in a landfill. Your playground purchase can be part of the solution that limits waste.
