Commercial Playground Installation
Once your new playground has arrived, you’ll want to arrange to have it installed. Each of our products comes with detailed instructions to help the installation process go as smoothly as possible. Your options for installation are as follows:
1. Customer Installation
As mentioned, all of our products come with detailed instructions, so we do sometimes have customers who choose to install their own equipment. This is a good option for those who wish to free up funds for additional equipment and who have experienced volunteers available. If you choose to go this route, it’s a good idea to organize a day for volunteers to meet beforehand and discuss tools and experience.
2. Professional Installation*
Professional playground installation is the preferred option for customers who may not have volunteers with the necessary experience or skills to install it themselves. Playgrounds can take several days to install, and require a team of professionals to ensure the equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications and CPSC playground safety standards. Playground Outfitters offers nationwide installation services and turn-key playground projects. Our installers are equipped with:
- Current documentation for Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI)
- Contractor’s license for the states in which they operate
- Liability insurance
- Worker’s compensation insurance as required by law in the contractor’s state(s) of operation
- 20+ years of on-the-job experience
- Verification for completing NPCAI’s RISC program
