Includes four large tires and two separate steering wheels to create a sporty and fun look that children will love.  The floorboard is made of a durable recycled plastic material that ensures a stable foundation and non-slip surface.  The spring underneath the frame provides a gentle thrill that is suitable for older toddlers and young kids. This is available for portable or permanent installation.  Ground stakes included for permanent installation.
